With Christmas around the corner we wanted to find Henry a baby’s first Christmas ornament and thought we would venture out to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland to check out the Christmas Market. Feeling ultra confident in our parenting skills we took the underground to the Winter Wonderland. As we entered the wonderland we were excited about sausage lunches and candy desert with some Christmas keepsakes in between. Our ambitions were a bit much after realizing there were hundreds of people and it was impossible to navigate the crowds. After about an hour and a half it was clear that Henry did not want to spend more than a few hours in the front baby carrier and it was time to head home. This was anxious yet successful trip.
An iconic Beefeater to remind Henry of London |
This week was also the first week that Henry got to try his first bottle and Grandma got her first alone time with Henry. Brody and I ventured out to Oxford Street for some much-needed time away and to do some last minute shopping. We returned to find a very happy little Henry.
